Redbox is so awesome, free movie for their mistake.

I want to share an email from redbox customer support. These guys are so awesome!

Dear Customer,

Recently our billing system mistakenly authorized a hold for a charge on your account. Fortunately, redbox was able to identify the error before any charges were processed. What does this mean? Because redbox was able to catch the error in a timely manner, your debit or credit card will not be charged for any hold that mistakenly appears on your account. The hold will fall off of your account in a several business days.
